The muxma Free-fit bench comes with a 2-year limited warranty‌ , covering defects in materials, workmanship, and structural components under normal use. This warranty includes free parts replacement for the first year and does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to products purchased directly from our official U.S. independent site.

For in-stock items, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days to the contiguous 48 states. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress. Please note that delivery times may be slightly delayed during peak seasons.

Yes! We provide free standard shipping for all orders over $399 within the contiguous 48 United States (shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories is subject to separate rates). Orders below $399 will be charged a flat shipping fee based on your location and package weight.
